How fast can we go live?
Most hospitals start with OPD and staff logins in days, then add pharmacy, lab, and WhatsApp.
Can staff share one login?
No — reception, doctors, pharmacy, lab, and admin each get their own desk login.
How do walk-in patients sign in?
First time: registered mobile + date of birth, then set a password. Later: username + password.
Do you support GST billing?
Yes — GSTIN, legal name, rate, and SAC fields sit on the hospital account.
Is WhatsApp required?
No. Messaging is optional and can stay off, or on for only selected events.
